Our Instructor
Amanda is a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Pilates Teacher.
She is passionate about teaching and advocating for movement at any age, shape or size.
Teaching at a number of commercial gyms and corporate offices throughout Melbourne, her modalities include Body Pump, Mat Pilates, HIIT, Bodystep, Bootcamps, Bodyweight, Cardio, Core, Low Impact, Strength and Stretch and Flexibility.
She is warm, encouraging and personable, adopting a holistic approach to movement that considers mind, body and soul.
As a Mum of 3 children, Amanda understands the challenges a busy lifestyle can bring.
At the Limber Fitness and Pilates studio Amanda offers both Zoom and face-to-face classes from 30-60 minutes that are suitable for all fitness levels.
